How to Find All Ducks in Abyss

Finding all the hidden Ducks in the newly released Roblox game, the Abyss, can prove to be a massive challenge. While some Ducks can be spotted easily, many of them are tucked away and hidden in plain sight all across the in-game world.

Although they don’t seem that important at first glance, the hidden Ducks are actually a key component to unlocking the best end-game Guns (Plunger Gun) and Tubes (Bath Tube) in Abyss.

To easily find all the Ducks in Abyss, and to help you reap the rewards without spending an insane amount of time looking for them by yourself, we’ve decided to track down and write a comprehensive guide on finding every single one.

Duck Locations

For easier navigation, all of the Duck Locations in this guide will be divided by the in-game regions they can be found in.

Bob’s Secret Room Location found behind Virelia

Some of the hidden Ducks in Abyss, like the ones in the first, Forgotten Deep region, will be easier to find than others. For the other, more elusive ones, you’ll need to have decent Tubes and Artifacts equipped, as some can only be found in the deeper regions of the in-game world. We also recommend stocking up on Oxygen Pods and other consumables. Preparation is key.

Another thing to note in this guide, as seen in the image above, is how to actually start the “Bob’s Quest”. For starters, it isn’t a classical quest.

After going to the location pictured above, you can repeatedly knock on Bob’s doors until he peers through. He will then tell you that you don’t have enough Ducks, and that you need to come back and talk to him again after finding all of them.

Once you find all of the Ducks, you can talk to Bob again and he’ll grant you access, allowing you to purchase the Plunger Gun and Bath Tube.

Forgotten Deep Ducks

The first two hidden Ducks in Abyss are the easiest to find. Both can be found in the Forgotten Dome. However, the third one will require a bit of legwork.

You can find the first Duck sitting in a tree located behind the table with all of the Abyss Developers.

The second Duck is in the blue container directly behind Billy and your portable stash.

Note: To enter the container, you’ll need to get as close to the entrance as possible, and then start moving sideways.

The third Duck in the Forgotten Deep region can be found all the way at the bottom, right side of the map, south-southeast of the Forgotten Dome.

Ocean Ducks

There are a total of four Ducks to be found in the Ocean region of Abyss, all of which are located close to notable quest NPCs, the Diver and Morveth, as well as mighty Bob himself!

The first Duck in Morveth’s Cave can be found behind one of the Chests inside. Both the chest and the Duck are beneath the waterfall in the center of the cave.

The second Duck is close by. After collecting the first one, do a 180 degree turn from the waterfall and you’ll see a Chest sitting on a ledge to the right of Morveth and his Monoliths. You can use the rocks below to climb up and collect both the Chest and the Duck.

The third Duck is located right behind the Diver NPC. Swim by him and approach the small rock formation found there.

The fourth and final Duck in the Ocean region is found right above Bob’s Secret Room. Once you’re in front of the entrance, ascend until you reach the top. You’ll find a Duck and a Chest sitting there.

Ancient Sands Ducks

Three Ducks can be found scattered across the Ancient Sands region. All of them are fairly close by—follow the guide below and you’ll get your hands on them in no time.

The first Duck can be found inside Crazy Jeff’s Store cave. Enter the cave and go all the way behind to the back. The Duck can be found sitting behind a pillar to the right side of Jeff—you’ll recognize it by the radio directly in front of it.

The second Duck is inside Grumpy Hank’s tower. Enter the lighthouse at the bottom and climb up the ladders until you reach the top. Once there, you’ll find Hank lounging on his couch, with the Duck tucked away behind it.

The third and final Duck in the Ancient Sands region is found inside the Crab Cave, right below Grumpy Hank’s tower. Exit the tower and head to the left, descending until you reach the point marked on the map. You’ll see the cave’s entrance; enter it and follow the corridor all the way to the end. Once there, you’ll be able to grab the Duck, some Chests, and the Scroll needed for the Crab Quest.

Spirit Roots Ducks

We’re nearing the end! The next three Ducks can be found in the Spirit Roots region. Although, be warned—the Spirit Roots is an end-game region of Abyss, meaning you’ll definitely need more than decent Tubes to access it, as the region is found in the deepest sections of the in-game world.

The first Duck in the Spirit Roots region can be found inside the main cave, but acquiring it requires a decent amount of effort. It’s located at the back of Victor’s shop, and to access it you’ll need to complete the associated questline and fully revive the Spirit Root tree.

The second Duck can be found inside the hidden Golem’s Cave. You’ll find the entrance to it by exiting the cave in which you found the previous Ducks above.

After exiting, take a hard right, and follow that direction until you reach a large cave mouth. Inside, you’ll see two branching paths—take the left one. Nearing the end of the corridor, you’ll see a small cave, also located on the left side. Enter it and you’ll see both the Golem and the Duck sitting next to him, as well as a Chest.

The third Duck in Spirit Roots can be found on the far end of the map. The area next to it is closed off by rocks and is possibly a future region unlocked by a new update. The Duck can be found sitting on an ledge above it.
