Friendly Mobs

In 99 Nights in the Forest, there are a lot of friendly Mobs that can help players get better Gear and food. If not helpful, some of these Mobs are simply non-confrontational.

  • Rabbits Foot

The Meat can be eaten raw or it can be cooked at the fire.

The Rabbits Foot can be used to trade with the Pelt Trader for upgraded items.

Pelt Trader

The Pelt Trader is a friendly NPC that spawns on some days outside the camp. The players can trade animal pelts with this NPC to get upgraded items and new equipment.

The items the Pelt Trader offers will increase in rarity if the players keep trading with him.

Missing Kids

Finding and freeing the missing kids is the main goal of the game. There are 4 missing kids in total and they are all scattered around the map.

Each missing kid is farther from the base than the last one. The Missing Kids are located in underground rooms inside of caves. The caves are always guarded by hostile animals.

  • First Missing Kid – Guarded by Wolves
  • Second Missing Kid – Guarded by Alfa Wolves
  • Third Missing Kid – Guarded by Bears
  • Fourth Missing Kid – Guarded by Alfa Bears

After defeating the animals, they will drop a colored key that can be used to unlock the entrance to the cave. The player can pick up the Kids and drop them off at the camp where they will set up a tent.
