Heart of Winter
Heart of Winter branch of Soul Tree is focused around manipulating Ice. Heart of Winter also branches off into 2 more branches, Shattermaster and Glacial Control.
Heart of Winter nodes give players the ability to reduce the damage and movement speed of their targets while increasing their damage. The Glacial Control branch of Heart of Winter embraces the aspect of restraining the movement even further by increasing the effectiveness of slows or even freezing while also reducing the attack speed of your targets.
On the other side, Shattermaster sub-branch leans more towards the offensive side, giving additional Frost Damage.
