Evolution

Passives

• Sharp-Eyed Scout
  • Every 50 seconds, Heisou’s bird grants him +10% Damage and +1000% Range for 15 seconds.
• Rhythm Flow
  • Every time Heisou attacks, he gains a +5% Damage boost (capped at 20%) that lasts 10 seconds but the duration is reset each time he attacks again.
• Deadliest Sniper
  • Heisou has a 15% chance to Crit the enemy. Every fifth attack is a guaranteed Crit.

Tips

Thanks to Heisous Passive Abilities, placing him anywhere on the map will allow him to deal devastating damage to enemies with his guaranteed Crits and damage scaling. To further increase the consistency of guaranteed Crits on his fifth auto-attacks, pair him with Attack Speed Traits.
