Passives

• Unnatural Precision!
  • Attacks inflict Bleed equal to 30% of Tojo’s damage over 3 seconds.
• One Shot! (Upgrade Levels 0-4)
  • Every shot fired by Toju has an additional 2.5% Critical Chance and 100% Critical Damage.
• Cursed Null! (Upgrade Levels 4-7)
  • Each attack by Toju has a 2.5% chance to deal 100% True Damage.
• Rejected Killer! (Upgrade Level 7)
  • Each time Toju attacks the same enemy, the enemy takes +2% more damage from him (up to a total +20%).

Tips

Upgrade Toju to gain access to all of his passives. This will make him one of the best single-target nuking Units in the game. The Bleeds applied by Tojo’s Unnatural Precision! passive negate the enemy’s ability to regenerate.
