Welcome to Anime Story unofficial wiki. Anime Story is a type of incremental simulator. You roll for units that are inspired by anime characters and make them stronger in order to defeat levels on various in-game worlds.
Features
- Summoning: Summoning is a core feature of the game. You can summon units inspired by various anime characters which will help you progress the story.
- Units: Units are unique characters that you can equip. They each have their own stats and effects and can be leveled up. You can equip up to 5 units in total.
- Worlds: Each world has multiple stages you have to complete in order to progress. Upon completion you will get rewards that can help you upgrade your units further.
- Upgrading: In the main Lobby area, there is an Upgrading segment where you can make your units more powerful, by rerolling stats or traits and crafting weapons for your units. You can also ascend units, and even evolve certain units.
- Quests: You can do daily and weekly quests for additional rewards.
- Challenges: You can do various challenges, from daily and normal challenges or various infinite challenges.
- Raids: Face off against a powerful enemy in the raid mode and earn raid tokens, which you can then use in the Raid Shop.
- Tower of Ascension: Climb up the infinite tower and get rewards.
- Codes: Claim codes for various rewards.
Gameplay
The gameplay of Anime Story is pretty straightforward: you summon units which you then equip in order to battle and complete challenges in many worlds.
You can then level up your units with in-game currency to make them stronger. In addition you can also reroll traits and stats as well as ascend and even evolve certain units. Your goal is to increase your Combat Power and unlock other worlds, while also leveling up yourself in order to unlock slots for other characters to equip.
Anime Story Beginner’s Guide
Units are the core of the game, so having good units and upgrading them should be your priority. Focus on upgrading your best unit first, and your weaker units later.
You don’t want to waste your resources leveling units you won’t use, so level up any Mythic units that you get, since you will be using them the most. Only Secret units are better, and those are extremely hard to get. Legendary units are slightly weaker than Mythic, but there are some worth leveling until you get your next Mythic Unit. For example Levan, Flamingo, Spirit Brawler, and even Froza.
To get these high-rarity units, you will need lots of Gems. You can get Gems from the story, doing daily and weekly quests, claiming leveling rewards, and from index rewards. While you summon, certain units will have a higher chance of being rolled, which depends on what the current banner is. Save your Gems and roll on the banners that have characters you want.
After getting your desired units and leveling them up, you need to further upgrade them, by rerolling their traits and stats. You also need to ascend your units to increase their level cap. This will be easier to do with lower rarity units, like rare and epic, but it is not worth it. You should ascend units that are Legendary rarity and above.
