Weapons
Weapons are the main items used to deal damage, besides Pages. You can acquire them in several different ways such as: Contracts, Crafting, NPC drops, E.G.O, and Dungeons.
Each Weapon has a Grade requirement in order to equip it. Similarly to the Soul series, you can equip Weapons that are 1 (one) or 2 (two) Grades below your own. However, in that case, you will deal less basic attack damage.

Weapon Types
Some Weapons do not have special requirements to equip, and some are locked behind Races, Organizations, and Grades. The current Weapons are separated into:
Damage Type
Weapons equippable by everyone, which deal different damage types:
Associations
Weapons equippable by members of Large and lawful Offices/organizations that specialize in status effects:
- Hana Weapons
- Liu Weapons
- Seven Weapons
- Dieci Weapons
- Zwei Weapons
- Shi Weapons
- Cinq Weapons
- Tres Weapons
Syndicates
Weapons equippable by unregulated crime organizations that specialize in status effects:
Race
Weapons equippable by specific Races that boost their Race passive:
- Bloodfiend Weapons
Special Types
Weapons that have unique requirements that don’t fit in other categories:
Modifiers
These Weapons are categorized based on modifying the status of the enemy, such as applying Burn or breaking/going past their Guard:
Status Effect Applying
Weapons that apply 1 or more status effects to the enemy, that either damage them over time, or hinder their movement.
The unit of measurement used to calculate debuff damage is called a Count.
Defense avoiding
Weapons that ignore/go past defensive mechanics such as Parry, Dodge, and Guard:
- Unparriable Weapons
- Undodgable Weapons
- Unblockable Weapons
- Guard Break Weapons
