The buffs this zone gives you can be utilized both when attacking and defending. The increase in jump height is great on both ends on the floor: On the offense, you can make the defender mistime their block attempts, and in defense, this Zone increases your chances to block. The increase in the blocking window is also significant since not many Styles have unblockable shots.
