Weather Report is one of the Epic rarity Stands in Bizarre Lineage. It features a number of unique AOE abilities, making it very powerful for PVE grinding, as well as having decent overall damage output and combo potential.
How To Get
In order to get the Weather Report Stand, you will need to get the Stand Arrow. It is an uncommon item that you can get as a reward from quests or by opening chests.
