How to Get Otsutsuki

Players can get the Otsutsuki clan/bloodline when creating a character however, the chance of getting it is 1%, which is very low.

There is another method, however it is also hard to achieve. It requires you to eat a chakra fruit, which can spawn very rarely on trees.

How to Get Blood Weapons

Blood Weapons are unique weapons that deal more bleed damage on hit. To get Blood Weapons, you will need the Bloodbite Ring. Bloodbite Ring can be obtained by destroying corrupted chakra crystals, defeating bosses that have their own boss area, or by finding it randomly on the map.

After obtaining the Bloodbite Ring, talk to The Deprived Damsel which is located in a secret area in the Biyo Bay and choose the 3rd option “I want to do more with blood”.

“The secret area might be closed, in that case, press the ‘E’ key to open it.”

How to Awaken and Progress the Byakugan

The Byakugan progression for Otsutsuki is the same as the Hyuga Clan, they just don’t have the 4th stage.

To progress the Byakugan, you will need to gain a lot of Combat EXP, which you get when you hit other players when they block, when you block attacks, perfect blocking, and with other ways by just playing the game. After gaining enough Combat EXP, you will have to get knocked in order to awaken it.

Moon Rags Upgrade

As an Otsutsuki, you have the Moon Rags armor. The Moon Rags armor has increased chakra regeneration.

The Moon Rags can be upgraded by giving The Redsmith 300 Ryo and Redsmith’s Mold. The Redsmith’s Mold can be obtained by defeating the Barbarian boss.

“In case you buy another armor, you can buy the Moon Rags again for 1 Ryo at the same location where The Deprived Damsel is.”
