In Blox Monsters, you can equip gear to your pats which can give them additional stats. Every monster can equip up to 3 pieces of gear. Gears can be obtained through dungeons as drops. You can further enhance the gear through forge.

How To Upgrade Gear
Go to the Hub Island and go to the forge. Go near the Forge NPC so that you can upgrade your gear. Click on the square and click the upgrade button. It will cost you coins to upgrade, each level costing more.
