Break a Lucky Block! is a newly released incremental Roblox experience, in which you break Lucky Blocks, collect Brainrots, and use them to earn cash, all the while escaping Sammy. The game combines fast-paced action with progression systems that reward you with each upgrade, giving you passive gains (earning cash offline) and allowing you to reset and increase your progress through Rebirths. The game was developed by Slime Time Studios, and released on the 12th of December, 2025.
Features
- Brainrots: Rare and unique Characters obtained by breaking Lucky Blocks. They can be Fused, Mutated, Sold and most importantly, Brainrots generate passive income per second, both online and offline.
- Pickaxes: Your main Tool used for breaking Lucky Blocks. All of the Pickaxes have their own Power Levels and set prices, with higher rarity ones increasing in both.
- Gear: On-use Items which can be equipped from your hot-bar. When bought and equipped, they provide you with unique effects and passive stat boosts. You can also use them to mess with other players, freezing them in place is just one of the options.
- Rebirth: Rebirth to unlock additional Floors at your base, increase your base Cash Multipliers and unlock new Gears from the Gear Shop. Note: Rebirthing will reset your current Cash and Brainrots.
- Fuse Machine: Fuse multiple lower-tier Brainrots to get a chance of obtaining a higher rarity one!
- Mutation Machine: Combine two of the same Brainrots in order to get a single, mutated version.
Gameplay
The core Gameplay loop in Break a Lucky Block! can be broken down into five main points:
- Lucky Blocks: You’ll need to use your Pickaxe to break Lucky Blocks scattered around the in-game map. Each Block has it’s own rarity, and chances of dropping a Brainrot when broken. Each tier/rarity of a Lucky Block has a set amount of HP. Higher rarity ones will be more difficult to break, so upgrading your Pickaxe is a must.
- Collecting Brainrots: Pick up and carry the Brainrots dropped from destroyed Lucky Blocks back to your Base. However, be careful. As soon as you pick up one, Sammy will start chasing you while trying to knock it out of your hands. Each Brainrot starts a countdown timer as soon as you break a Lucky Block. If the countdown expires before you bring it back to your base, it will disappear.
- Base: After escaping Sammy with your collected Brainrot, you can place them down in your Base in order to generate profit over time. Each Brainrot has set amount of $/per second.
- Pickaxes: Earning $ will allow you to purchase stronger Power Level Pickaxes, which makes breaking higher rarity Lucky Blocks faster and easier.
- Rebirth: Reset your current progress to gain powerful, increasing $ multipliers, while also unlocking additional Gears.

Beginner’s Guide
When you first start Break a Lucky Block!, you’ll want to immediately start breaking the blocks nearest to your base in order to get some $ early on. Try to collect everything you can, from Brainrots you’ve gathered on your own to Brainrots that other players dropped.
The second part is a frequent occurrence. Players who already have high-tier Brainrots will usually drop unwanted lower tier ones on the ground. Picking them up and bringing them back to your Base will be a great source of $ early on in the game.
After acquiring a decent amount of $, focus on spending it on better Pickaxes. This will allow you to break higher-rarity Lucky Blocks faster, which in turn will grant you a higher chance of obtaining better tier Brainrots.
Don’t Rebirth too early. Try to do it after obtaining a decent Pickaxe, mainly because Rebirthing will erase all of your current $ and collected Brainrots. However, it will also unlock additional Floors, Brainrot Slots and progressively increasing $ multipliers.
