Weather Report

How to Get

You can get the Weather Report Stand in one of two ways:

Stand Arrow

In order to get the Weather Report Stand, you will need to get the Stand Arrow. There’s a 0.5% chance of obtaining one while Fishing.

Corpse Parts

Another way to obtain the Weather Report Stand is by using the Corpse Part Item. Corpse Parts can only spawn if there are 3 or more players on the server; a higher number of players means there’s a higher chance for it to spawn. If you happen to get your hands on one, you’ll need to defend it until you absorb it and get the Stand.

Move Set

Ability	Description
Passive	Dealing damage to opponents will fill a blue bar. Upon reaching capacity, recover your memories alongside the maximum potential of Weather Report. This buffs your moveset and grants a cloud suit with damage resistance and enhanced jumps.
Barrage [E]	Send out your stand in front of you, unleashing a barrage of punches. Damage: 1.5 per hit
Weather Chop [R]	Quickly swipe at the enemy with a stand chop, dealing 20 damage to your opponent. Self-damages and creates frozen spikes from splattered blood if you miss. Damage: 20
Lightning Jolt [T]	Send your stand in front of you whilst controlling the atmosphere to generate lightning-bolt projectiles. Chains onto enemies and has a follow-up lightning strike if used in mode. Damage: 25
Oxygen Thinning [G]	Utilize Weather Report’s extensive wind manipulation powers to create localized atmospheric layers, increasing nearby air resistance and blowing away nearby players & projectiles with rude gusts of wind. Whilst inside this wind funnel, the stand user will receive a speed boost. Damage: 1 per tick
Frog Rain [V]	Conjure a torrential rain of poisonous frogs.
