This Grimoire features a wide array of water-based long-rage AOE spells, and can be very useful when dealing with a large number of opponents, as well as taking down bosses.

To get the Water Noelle Grimoire you’ll need to level up your character to Level 50 and visit the Grimoire Tower.

Once there, speak with the Wizard NPC in the middle. He’ll allow you to roll for a Grimoire.

Each roll requires Grimoire Spins, and the Grimoire you get is purely luck-based. You have a 4% chance of getting the Water Noelle Grimoire.
