Luck Manipulation

Luck Manipulation is a Royal Cursed Technique in Cursed Gear, that allows the user to gamble in order to potentially deal high damage. The ability, Lucky Punch, can do anywhere from no damage to infinite damage.

The Luck Meter passively allows you to dodge incoming attacks. At full charge, you can dodge up to 4 attacks. The meter can be filled by either holding R near opponents, or landing a Lucky Punch.

You begin charging up a lethal punch, with a random windup duration. Once fully charged, you teleport to the nearest enemy and knock them back. Landing this move increases the user’s Luck Meter.

You will passively dodge an incoming attack at the cost of their Luck Meter.

Obtainment

To get any Cursed Technique, you’ll need to obtain Technique Shards, which drop from caches. Each drop is random. When you get three matching Technique Shards, they will form into a Technique Crystal. That Crystal can then be consumed to obtain the respective Cursed Technique.

Cursed Techniques can be upgraded by investing Technique points, with increasing costs per level. Memory Drives can provide five extra points, up to five times, for a maximum total of 20 additional Technique points.
