Excry in an upcoming dark fantasy RPG Roblox experience set in the world of Aerrirath. The game focuses heavily on storytelling and lore, meaning each decision you make in Excry is important. This title is inspired by popular RPG games like Dark Souls and Elden Ring.
Features
- Classes: There are various unique classes you can choose from, each offering different perks, skills, playstyles, quests, and more. You are also able to choose between multiple sub-classes and progress within your starting class from the Novice Level up to the Master Level.
- Weapons: Wield a number of unique weapons, each with their own movesets and animations. Choose between the various light, medium, or heavy weapons and improve the weapon grade and mastery by using it in battle!
- Races: Play as one of many unique races in Excry. Each race will have its own progression system that will unlock race-specific passive and active moves. This progression will be impacted by the amount of time played.
- Talents: Gain special passives to strengthen your Weapon use and take advantage of special effects like health regen, poison, and resistance to debuffs.
- Armor: Protect yourself from damage, gain special effects and buffs, and create a distinct visual style for your character.
- Factions: You will need to choose to be a part of one of two factions: the Shattered or the High Sanctum. Your character must participate in battle between the factions in order to increase your rank within your faction.
- Monster Techniques: After defeating a monster, you can cook and consume their meat. If you consume enough monster flesh, you will be able to start learning unique Monster Techniques.
- Quests: Experience the story and lore of the world through detailed and interlinked quests. Quests will be faction-specific and will impact the story of your character.
- World Events: World Events are server-wide faction battles. Each faction will fight over a specific location in order to claim it. Defeating the opposing faction will grant you and your allies perks, reputations, rank, and more.
Some of this information might be outdated as the game has been in development since the last play test which was over a year ago.
Gameplay
Excry is a dark fantasy RPG game, where you will progress through the story of the game by joining a faction and completing interconnected quests that will reveal the lore of the game as you play it. Progress through your chosen class and race, gaining new unique skills and passives which will help you in Boss fights and World Events.

About the Developers
Release Date
There is no official date confirmed for the release of Excry. However, on the 6th of February you will be able to check out the game during a Public Playtest!
