How to get Capsules
In order to unlock capsules, you need to make your way to Capsule Corp. in West City. There you will find 2 scientists, each giving a quest.
By talking to [Dr. Briefs] you will unlock “research”. Research means slaying a certain number of enemies and reporting the data back to [Dr. Briefs], after which he will give you a capsule.
By talking to [Dr. Brief’s assistant] you will unlock 2 more capsule slots in exchange for Zeni.
