How to get Capsules
In order to unlock capsules, you need to make your way to Capsule Corp. in West City. There you will find 2 scientists, each giving a Quest.
By talking to [Dr. Briefs] you will unlock “research”. Research means slaying a certain number of enemies and reporting the data back to [Dr. Briefs], after which he will give you a capsule.
By talking to [Dr. Brief’s assistant] you will unlock 2 more capsule slots in exchange for Zeni.

Halloween Event Capsules

Capsule Transfer
Upon completing the Abandoned Lab Dungeon at least once, you will be given access to Capsule Transfer. Visit an intern at the Capsule Corporation and pay 25k Zeni in order to upload any capsule data to the “cloud”, and it will be accessible to all of your characters.
This will remove a lot of unnecessary grind, and even gain access to event specific capsules on all of your characters.
