Construction Site
Construction Site is an empty location with barely any activity. However, Turf Control Event is occasionally located here.
How to Get to Construction Site in Ghoul://Re
In order to find the Construction Site, press the P Key to display all locations. You should see a triangle icon that says Construction Site.
NPCs
There is an NPC called Recon on the third floor of the building at the construction site. You will have to do a bit of complicated critical jumps (Jump + R) in order to climb up here. Recon NPC does not do anything currently.
