Elf Location in Ghoul://Re

Elf can be found at the edge of the map near the construction site with containers that is close to the CCG Base. Easiest way to get there would be to get to the CCG Base entrance and going through the entrance to the right.

Then just keep going forward and go to the end of the street.

Elf is standing near the building on the crossroad at the end of the street.
