How to Get Kagune

In order to awaken a Kagune of your own, you must increase the amount of RC in your blood (5000 RC). This is done by eating humans or other Ghouls (Ctrl + B). Be careful, however, as you might lose a portion of your RC upon death.

The closer you are to awakening, you’ll start hearing a heart beating faster and faster when in combat. After having enough RC, drop below 50% health and press Ctrl + E to awaken your Kagune.

Note: You find out what Kagune you have only after awakening it. In case you are not satisfied with your Kagune, you can use the Ghoul Points to reroll your Kagune.

How to Reroll Kagune

In order to reroll your Kagune, you need to open the Ghoul Points Exchange menu. Press the menu button in the top left, then click on the bag icon (the second icon from the left) to open the Developer Products menu. Below it, you will find the Ghoul Point Exchange button. Another tab will open; click on Kagune Type Reroll. This will cost you 20 Ghoul Points.

Note: Upon doing this, you will respawn at a random location on the map.

How to Get Kagune V2

Certain Kagune can be evolved further. Currently, only Ken, Takizawa, Noro, Yomo, Wing, Beaked, Eto, and Nishio can evolve their Kagune to second stage.

Requirements for evolving your Kagune to second stage are:

• You need B+ Rated rank
• Get the right amount of RC by eating NPCs or Players and consuming Rinkaku Fragments, Koukaku Fragments, Ukaku Fragments, Bikaku Fragments, and Kagune Sac (Kagune Sac can only be consumed when you are B+ Rated)
• Eat another Ghoul who has 1/3 of your RC

Kakuja

Certain Kagune can evolve into Kakuja—for now only Takizawa, Ken, and Yamori have the Kakuja Stage. Requirements for Kakuja can be different for each player. These requirements are called paths and there are five of them; Acceptance, Anger, Bargain, Denial, and Depression path.

To find out your Path, you need to be SSS Ranked and talk to the Z NPC which is sitting on top of crates located on construction site at the edge of the map, near CCG base.

Half Kakuja Requirements

When you reach the SSS rank, you can speak to Z. After talking to him while having 2.5M RC Cells, you can start his quest. Z will assign you one of 5 paths to take. (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance).

After completing your path and reaching 10M RC Cells, you can speak to Z and engage in a Boss fight. Defeating the Boss will grant you the Half Kakuja.

Unlocking Half Kakuja Moves

When you first activate, you will instantly get access to the Z move, Critical attack, M1 attack, and the Arial Passive. You will have to unlock the X, C, and Y moves.

• Unlocking the X move: Activate your Kakuja 15 times and have a total of 15M RC Cells.
• Unlocking the C move: Activate your Kakuja 5 more times after unlocking X and have a total of 20M RC Cells.
• Unlocking the Y move: Currently only available for the Yamori Half Kakuja. (it will unlock instantly)

Full Kakuja Requirements

Kakuja requirements have three stages and they need to be done in order. For the third stage (Boss Fight), you will fight a Boss with the same Kagune as you. For example, if you have Ken Kagune, you’ll fight Kaneki Ken Boss.

  • Survive 2 PDs (perma-death event) while being top 100 elo ranked

• Anger Path (Not Confirmed)
  • 10 million RC + SSS Ranked
  • Eat someone with 5 million or higher RC in a PD (perma-death event)
  • Boss fight (Talk to Z NPC)
• Bargain Path (Not confirmed)
  • 10 million RC + SSS Ranked
  • Complete 20 Boss Raids (Talk to Boss Raid NPC outside CCG Base)
  • Boss fight (Talk to Z NPC)
• Denial Path (Confirmed)
  • 10 million RC + SSS Ranked
  • Get 25 grips from members in your party
  • Boss fight(Talk to Z NPC)
• Depression Path (Not confirmed)
  • 10 million RC + SSS Ranked
  • Watch someone in pd get wiped with the same last name as you
  • Boss fight (Talk to Z NPC)
