To get the One Eyed Kakuja Fragment you need to meet the requirements below:
- Have 25K reputation
- Have Special Investigator Rank
- Have 2 Kakuja Fragments
- Have 2 One Eyed Fragments
If you meet all these requirements go talk to Damir D. Mado at the CCG base and give him the 2 Kakuja and One Eyed Fragments. When you give the fragments to him you will get the One Eyed Kakuja Fragment.
