Tsukiyama is a Koukaku type Kagune. When ghoul player gathers 5000 RC, they have a 86% chance of getting it.

Tsukiyama Kagune is shaped like a blade that’s coiled around the arm. The attacks are frontal, which makes it very simple to use but, that also makes it predictable, allowing your opponent to dodge or block easier.
