Pets
Pets in Grow a Garden 2 are friendly companions that follow you around your garden, granting you passive abilities and unique effects. Some can boost your characters stats, like your movement speed, while others guard your garden from thieves or steal other players crops for yourself. Pets can also apply Mutations to crops, increasing their overall sell value.

How to Get Pets
Unlike Gears and Seeds, Pets can not be obtained at on of the shops found in the middle of the playable area. Instead, pets randomly spawn and roam about the area waiting for you to purchase them. Each Pet has a set price, as well as a timer above them, indicating when they’ll despawn in no one purchases them.
Another way of obtaining a Pet is through Eggs and Guild rewards. Creating a Guild with your friends allows you to earn points by harvesting heavy plants. The heavier it is, the more points you earn.
There are several tiers of Guild rewards, each associated with a specific leaderboard number. Gaining a placement on the leaderboard will allow you to claim its associated reward, either extremely rare Pets or Pet Eggs.
