To get the Mace weapon, you will need to defeat the Mace Boss; it is a guaranteed drop from him. The Boss spawns behind the Marine Boss.

Trivia
The Mace weapon is inspired by the weapon used by Kaido from One Piece. Kaido was the final villain of the Wano Saga; before he was defeated he was known as “The Strongest Creature in the World”. In a fight, always bet on Kaido.
