Shrine is one of the Curse Techniques available to players in Heian. This Technique allows to manipulate slashing attacks in a variety of different ways in order to deal damage to enemies.

The Shrine Curse Technique allows the player yo use 4 different moves that can be utilized both in ranged and melee fights. This Curse Technique has great combo potential as it can pair easily with other moves.

How to Get Shrine

To get the Shrine Curse Technique, players will first need get the Cursed Embryo item. The Cursed Embryo is a drop you can get from Tengu, The Bear Boss, Golem and other Calamity bosses.

After you have the Cursed Embryo you need to go to the Kirisaki Village. You need to talk to the merchant about the purpose of the Cursed Embryo. (Players need to talk to the merchant first in order to progress the quest)

After you have the Cursed Embryo, you’ll need to go to the Overgrown Valley, entering the Light Cave past the Zen’in Residence. Entering the cave, you can give the Cursed Embryo to the NPC Kenny. He’ll transform your Cursed Embryo into a Cursed Finger.

By eating the Cursed Finger you will be teleported into your inner realm. There that you fight the trainer to unlock the Shrine technique.

Collect Cursed Embryo
Beat the Shrine Technique trainer
Be Grade 2 Sorcerer

Completing this event will allow the player to learn the Shrine Curse Technique.

Shrine Technique Move Set

Move	Description	Showcase
Dismantle	This is a long-range slashing attack. The user sends out a big slashing attack that knocks back the enemy.
Cleave	The user channels their Cursed Energy and sends out a flurry of slicing attacks that push the enemy back.
Spiderweb	This move summons a spiderweb on the ground, cutting anybody it touches.
Kamino	The user channels their Cursed Energy into Fire and shoots out a Fire arrow at the enemy.
