All Types of Combat
In Life Incremental, Combat is turn-based. Depending on what Life you are on, you will get certain buffs during combat such as an additional turn. You have 3 open slots at the start for moves you can do during combat, so managing cooldowns is key to winning.
Dojo Moves
Martial Arts is the first type of combat you will learn during your playthrough of Live Incremental. You will need to unlock the Dojo Area and purchase the Book of Techniques to start learning basic martial arts.
You can unlock the Dojo just by spending time in the game and increasing your strength. In the Dojo, you can unlock 3 basic moves which are:
- Kick – 100 Strength Requirement
- Metal Fist – 500 Strength Requirement
- Slam – 800 Strength Requirement
The Dojo also has 4 stages which you can complete in order to get buffs and raise your stats. In each stage you will fight the Sensei.
- Dojo Stage 1: 2x Strength Gain
- Dojo Stage 2: +5 Max Health
- Dojo Stage 3: + 10 Max Health
- Dojo Stage 4: +15 Max Health
Temple Moves
The Temple is another location where you can learn martial arts. The Temple is unlocked after beating the Mountain Dungeons.
- Spinning Kick – 10 000 Strength Requirement
- Palm Strike – 20 000 Strength Requirement
- Air Cutter – 50 000 Strength Requirement
Similar to the Dojo, you can battle the Monk in the Temple to get buffs.
- Temple Stage 1: x5 Strength Gain
- Temple Stage 2: x3 Strength Gain
- Temple Stage 3: +1 Attack Slot
Library Spells
You can learn powerful spells by studying in the Library. To unlock the Library, you will need to level up Intelligence a lot and wait for the Library Event to appear. You will need to defeat the Librarian in order to access the spells.
The first time you defeat the Librarian you will get a x3 Intelligence gain bonus.
The Library offers many powerful spells that deal elemental damage and have specific requirements.

Church Spells
The Church offers the only healing spells in the game. The Church is an event you will need to unlock later in the game. You can also upgrade the Church 5 times to increase your Intelligence gain.

Weapons
Weapons are really powerful tools to help you deal with tough dungeons. To get basic weapons, you will need to progress to the Kingdom. In the Kingdom, you can purchase a sword or a spear at the blacksmith, and each will cost 10 gold.
There are many other weapons you can get as rewards from defeating certain enemies.
