Blood Fruit is a Epic fruit that can be obtained for 250 Gems or 25,000$ from the Fruit Reroll NPC. You have 5% chance of obtaining it.
When eaten, the Blood Fruit grants its user the ability to manipulate blood, creating a blood scythe that can do powerful attacks. Unlike other fruits, the Blood Fruit can also act as a weapon: you can use your [M1] to do basic attacks. The abilities mostly deal AOE (Area of Effect) Damage, and you also get a flying ability [F].
