How to get Blessed Maiden Melee
To get the Blessed Maiden Melee, you will need to talk with the Blessed Maiden (Cartethyia) NPC on Boss Island. You will need to gather certain items, currency, and a title in order to buy the Blessed Maiden Melee. The items drop from Blessed Maiden boss, which you can summon using the Tempest Relic. Tempest Relic can drop from any sword enemy (for example, Swordsman).
