True Aizen

The True Aizen is one of the Mythical Swords in Sailor Piece. This Sword is the upgraded version of the base Aizen Sword. True Aizen is one of, if not the most powerful Swords in the game, offering fast Z, X, and C moves as well as having amazing AoE attacks.

How to Get True Aizen

Before you can start the progression to get the True Aizen you will need to get the base Aizen Sword. After getting the Aizen Sword, you will need to get access to the Soul Society Island, which you can do by completing the Hogyoku Quest (from Gin Ichimaru NPC)

When you get to the Soul Society Island, you will need to collect the Chrysalis Sigils in order to summon the True Aizen Boss. Defeating the True Aizen Boss will give you the components that you will need in order to buy the True Aizen Sword.
