After asking him if “He is ok“, he will prompt you to bring him a potion. Make sure you bring the correct potion, otherwise he will not accept it.
You will need a Health Potion | from Stonewake’s Cross in order for him to accept it. Simply teleport there and buy it for $150.
Teleport back, and bring the potion to Isaac. He will be most pleased and even remove the bandages from his face.
If you give him the wrong potion, he will respond with “Is this a joke?”
As you can see his hair texture is different as well as his face bandages being completely removed.
Poor dude…looks as sad as ever…
He will give you a huge amount of EXP for basically $150, so do not skip over this quest.

guys dont buy the potion from the witch in forgotten kingdom, he wants a health potion I and the witch sells healtb potion II there
