How To Get The Flash Katana
Players can obtain The Flash Katana Weapon by talking to the Flash Master NPC located on Solo Island.
Unlike other Weapons, the Flash Katana doesn’t require Materials to be obtained. To get it, players will need to have a standing Bounty of 10,000,000.

Scaling
The Flash Katana has a set Damage Output, both on its Basic Attack and its Moves. However, the DPS of all of its Attacks can be increased by investing Points.
This can be done by allocating the Points received upon Leveling Up to the Weapons Stat, as pictured Below.
