How to Summon Mahoraka
To summon the Mahoraka boss you will need the Adaptation Wheel item and give it to the Shibuya Summoning NPC. This NPC is located at the 2nd part of Shibuya Island in the crater in the middle of the Island.

How to Get Adaptation Wheel
The Adaptation Wheel, used to summon Mahroaka in Universal Piece, is only available if it drops from a boss fight.
To get this item you will need to fight the Curse King Boss, who also need to be summoned on Bone Island. The Adaptation Wheel has a 6% chance to drop from this Boss.
Boss Drops
The Mahoraka Boss can drop up to 2 items in Universal Piece.
Drop Chances:
- Mini Wheel 15%
- Heian Corps 12%
Mini Wheel is an Accessory which gives you a 27% increase in damage and a 70% increase in stamina.
The Heian Corps is a material item used to summon another boss, Heian Sukuna. You can summon this boss with the same NPC you talked to summon Mahoraka.
You will need to be in the top 3 of the damage dealers in order to receive the rewards chest.
