All NPCs on Mining Island
There are only two NPCs on this Island.
Teleporter NPC
The Teleporter NPC is one of the main NPCs in Universal Piece. Talking to him will give you an option to teleport to any Island for 250 000 Yen or 50 Gems.
Pickaxe Seller NPC
This NPC is located right outside the Cave on the Mining Island. You can purchase a Pickaxe from him to mine rock inside the cave.
How to Get to Mining Island

- Buying a boat or hoverboard from the Boat Seller
- Dashing/Swimming
