Each material has an Availability Status:

• Obtainable – Currently in the game and can be collected without trading.
• Semi-Obtainable – Can technically be crafted or used, but require other items that are unavailable, semi-obtainable, or only available through trading.

Materials list and Rarity explained

Material rarity is based on how difficult the item is to obtain. Some materials require heavy grinding, rare boss drops, or extremely low roll chances to acquire. The harder and more time-consuming it is to get a material, the higher its rarity—making some items valuable not just for their use, but for the effort needed to obtain them.
