How to Get V2 Angel Race

To get the V2 Angel Race, players will first need to go the highest platform on Skypiea Island and kill Enel, Thundergod until he drops the Divine Pole weapon. After getting the weapon, players will need to defeat Enel 3 more times.

After meeting the requirements above, players will need to go the lower levels of Skypiea and talk to Serel, The Guardian of Light. The players can buy the V2 for the Angel Race from him.
