Insect Breathing is a Breathing technique in Weak Legacy 2. Players can learn this technique in their playthrough by visiting the Shinobu Kocho NPC in the Demon Slayer Corp Village.

The Insect Breathing has a total of 5 forms:

Caprice (First Form)
Dragonfly (Second Form)
Bee Sting (Third Form)
Poison Swap(Forth Form)
Illusory Light (Fifth Form)

Obtainment

Players will need to grind levels and purchase a katana in the starting village in order to have an easier time unlocking the Insect Breathing technique. Players will need to meet the following requirements:

10,000 Yen
Complete the “Breathing Technique Quest 1”.

The “Breathing Technique Quest 1” requires players to defeat 25 regular Demons, which won’t take much time, especially if you’re in a party.

This will unlock the first form, and you’ll unlock the proceeding forms with either mastery, quests, or battling bosses. Everything will be explained below.

First Form [Caprice]

Clan Pearing

This Breathing Technique pairs best with the Kocho Clan. This Clan offers a damage increase to this Breathing Technique.

Tips

No matter what you are doing, always hold G to increase your breathing. Each skill costs anywhere between 40-80 Breathing, so make sure you always have it up during leveling.
[Dragonfly] should be exclusively used as a finishing move, since it can not be blocked, which is why you break the opponents guard with your M1 combo, and cancel into [Dragonfly]
[PoisonSwap] should be used initially to switch to poison applying moves, then once every opponent has a DOT(damage over time), switch back to damage boosted moves.
