In Archived, when players make their character, they have a chance to get affiliated with certain Associations or Syndicates, depending on the choices they make.

Associations are lawful organizations that consist of fixers and each Association has it’s own requirements for joining.

Syndicates are unregulated organized crime groups, each having it’s own requirements for joining.

Being affiliated with either Association or Syndicate will give you access to their Weapons and Pages through completing Quests. Both Associations and Syndicates specialize in certain status effects. Players can change the affiliation later. However, if you’re already affiliated with one faction, for example Zwei (Association), you can’t get affiliated with the opposing one like Blade Lineage (Syndicate).

Alternatively, you can also get affiliated with Associations and Syndicates through Offices, which you can join or create as a player. Joining an Office will give you the benefits of whatever Association or Syndicate the office is already affiliated with.

Offices

Depending on the starting affiliations, players can create their Office by talking to Hana Office Manager (Associations) at Hana Outpost or Questionable Office Manager (Syndicates) at Headquarters.

Offices allow players to represent themselves as a group and share the benefits of being affiliated with certain Associations and Syndicates as well as using ally support pages.

Creating an Office will require 5,000,000 Ahn, and you will also be prompted to choose the name and affiliation of the Office, including the groups you are not able to start with (Dieci, Cinq, Kurokumo, Blade Lineage)

Offices have 3 roles:

Director
Veteran
Member

Every member of the Office is allied. The only difference is that Veteran and Director can add and kick members, and Director can also promote members to Veterans.
