The Ruinous Oath is an upgraded, skill-based version of the Luminescent Oath. Its control bar shrinks while progress speed increases during reeling, rewarding precision with Mastered Mutations on Perfect Catches.

It also has Piercing-like effects, capable of stunning fish and instantly filling the progress bar at a 15% chance, making it excellent for both C$ farming and collecting.

• 25% Chace for Luminescent (9x Modifier)
