Quest List
There are 6 Types of Daily Quests:
- Strength
- Dexterity
- Muscle
- Agility
- Stamina
- Durability
Strength Quests

Strength Quests can be picked up at the Wrestling Gym location, and all of them are related to Strength Training.
There is a total of three possible Quests there:
- Complete 200 Push-Ups
- Complete 100 Bag Hits
- Complete 10 Curl-Ups

Dexterity Quests
Dexterity Quests can be picked up at the Back Hospital Park location, and all of them are related to Dexterity Training.
There is a total of two possible Quests there:
- Complete 10 Pattern Trainings
- Complete 10 rounds of Shadow Boxing

Muscle Quests
Muscle Quests can be picked up at the Fitness Gym location, and all of them are related to Muscle Training.
There is a total of two possible Quests there:
- Complete 10 Barbell Squat Exercises
- Complete 10 Bench Press sessions

Agility Quests
Agility Quests can be picked up at the Front Hospital Park location, and all of them are related to Agility Training.
There is a total of two possible Quests there:
- Complete 500 Squat Exercises
- Complete 5 Roadwork sessions

Stamina Quests

Stamina Quests can be picked up at the Boxing Gym location, and all of them are related to Stamina Training.
There is a total of two possible Quests there:
- Complete 200 Jumping Jack Exercises
- Complete 5 Roadwork sessions

Durability Quests
Durability Quests can be picked up at the Boxing Gym location, and all of them are related to Durability Training.
There is a total of two possible Quests there:
- Complete 200 Sit-Up Exercises
- Complete 10 Pull-Up sessions
