Training in Fistborn is needed in order to increase your Stats. Each exercise targets a Specific Stat:

  • Strength

Strength


Strength Training increases your overall damage dealt.

Push-Ups

  • You can do Push-Ups at the Fitness Gym for 350$.

Note: Using a Protein Shake while doing Push-Ups will also train both your Strength and your Muscles.

Curl-Ups

  • You can do Curl-Ups at the Fitness Gym for 350$.

Hitting A Bag

  • This exercise only requires a Boxing Bag. It’s free, and it will also grant you Style EXP

Durability


Durability Training increases your overall Max Health.

Sit-Ups

  • You can do Sit-Ups at the Fitness Gym for 350$.

Note: Using a Protein Shake while doing Sit-Ups will also train both your Durability and your Muscles.

Pull-Ups

  • You can do Pull-Ups at the Fitness Gym for 350$.
  • Requires: 250 Durability

Durability Training

  • You can do Curl-Ups at the Fitness Gym for 250$.
  • Have someone hit you until your Low Health, heal up and repeat.

Stamina And Agility


Stamina Training increases your overall amount of stamina, whilst reducing the cost of running and attacking. Agility training increases your running speed.

Jumping Jacks

  • You can do Jumping Jacks at the Fitness Gym for 350$.
  • Increases Stamina.

Squats

  • You can do Squats at the Fitness Gym for 350$.
  • Increases Agility.

Note: Using a Protein Shake while doing Squats will also train both your Agility and your Muscles.

Roadwork

  • You can do Roadwork at the Fitness Gym for 150$. You will need to follow the markers on the map.
  • Increases Stamina and Agility.

Treadmill

  • You can do the Treadmill Exercise the Fitness Gym for 350$.
  • Increases Stamina and Agility.
  • Requires: 250 Stamina and Agility.

Dexterity


Dexterity Training increases your Attack Speed and improves your Dodge Chance.

Shadow Boxing

  • You can do Shadow Boxing at the Fitness Gym for 150$. You will need to fight a shadow using the on-screen instructions. The shadow will change it’s position from time to time.
  • Increases Dexterity and grants Style EXP.

Pattern Training

  • You can do Pattern Training at the Fitness Gym for 150$. You will need to memorize the attack pattern shown on screen, and the repeat it.
  • Increases Dexterity.

Muscle


Muscle Training increases your overall Health and Damage Dealt, however it reduces your Attack Speed and Running Speed.

Weight Machines

  • You can do Weight Machines at the Fitness Gym for 150$. Interact with either the Squat Rack or the Bench Press to start the exercise.
  • Increases Muscle.
  • Requires: 100 Muscle.
