How to Get to Helter Skelter in Ghoul://Re
To find Helter Skelter, press the P key to see all the locations on the map. Look for the text icon that says Helter Skelter.
NPCs
Val is the only NPC in the Helter Skelter and he can be found on the upper floor behind the counter. Ghouls can buy the special from him which is a drink that restores a significant amount of Hunger bar. They can also check their rank up progress.
