Val Location in Ghoul://Re

Val can be found on the upper floor of the Helter Skeler bar that’s located on the ghoul side of the map. To find the Helter Skelter bar, press P key to see all the locations.

Note: Sometimes entrance doors can be closed, so use your M1 to open them.

Once you get there, go to the upper floor, you should see Val behind the counter.
