ATM
The ATM Machine allows the players to safely store their Gear and Money. They can be located at each of the Faction HQs, and at specific points on the Streets.
To access and use the ATM, players will need to walk up to it and hold down the [G] button on their keyboard.
This will allow them to Transfer or Retrieve Gear, and Deposit or Withdraw Money.
Lockpicking
The Lockpicking Feature in Hekmatyar can be used by players as another way of obtaining Gear and Money. Currently, there are two Types of Crates which can be lockpicked:
- Wooden Crate: Contains lower tier loot, and is more common to find in-game.
- Military Crate: Harder to find than the Wooden Crate, but contains better Gear and more Money.
To Lockpick a Crate and gather the Loot inside of it, players need to walk up to it and hold down the [F] button on their keyboard. Doing so will start the Lockpicking mini-game.
Players will need to find the correct Angle, and then turn the Lockpick to successfully open it.

Party
The Party Feature is one of the most useful mechanics in Hekmatyar. Joining up with other players will make fighting opponents, completing missions, and grabbing Gear a lot easier than doing it Solo. This feature also offers a built-in VOIP for players in the same party.
Joining or Creating a party is a fairly simple process. Pressing [P] will open up the Party Tab on the players screen. From there, players can invite others to join.
Players get the following benefits from playing in a party together:
- Voice Communication
- All the players are Tagged for each other, making it easy to spot teammates
- Players can see each others Health and Stamina bars
