Luffo

Luffo is a Rare character in Jump Stars. This Character is a Damage Dealer, a class that specializes in dealing high amounts of damage. At Max Level Luffo has 8000 Health and 9.31 walkspeed (Normal).

Luffo extends his arms to hit everyone in a line, reaching the distance of 6 tiles and dealing 1720 damage at Max Level. The attack has 3 charges and it reloads every 1.5 seconds.

Super: Gomu Gomu Bazooka

“Extend both arms back and then retrack them forward for a devestating blow to anyone caught in the way.”

Luffo extends both of his arms back and then retracts them to do a powerful attack that can reach 6.25 tiles and do 3700 Damage while also pushing your opponents away. It has a 2 second cooldown and has to be filled again in order to be used.

Gadgets

Luffo has access to two Gadgets. One of them gives him a mobility move in a form of a blink, while the other gives damage and movement speed buff for a short duration

Gomu Gomu Gatling

“Hold down the button to consume your ammo to unleash a barrage of punches”

While holding the button, Luffo does a barrage of punches, consuming his ammo (attack charges). The gadget goes on a 5 second cooldown.

Haki

“Coat your arms in armor that boosts your damage and resistance by 15%.”

Luffo empowers himself with armor, gaining +15% damage and resistance. This buff lasts for 5 seconds and has a cooldown of 10 seconds.

Gear

Luffo can pick up to two out of the nine available Gear passives. The Gear passives increase Luffo’s stats, or change the way his super ability works

Dash Cooldown	Your dash has a 35% less cooldown.
Detection	You can see enemies for 2 seconds in a bush after damaging them.
Extra Gadget	You can carry 1 extra gadget.
High Regeneration	Recover health 50% more effectively.
Resistance	Reduces stun and debuffs by 30%
Shield	Receive 900 shield that will regenerate 90 health per second when you’re at maximum health. The regeneration does not stop even after using attacks.
Speed	You move 15% faster in bushes.
Extra Stretchy	Your super ability range is increased by 1.5
