How To Get Shovels
When you first enter the game, you will already have a Rusty Shovel. However, you can buy other shovels at the Shopkeeper.
There are 3 Shopkeepers, one is located at the starting area, the Rubble Creek Sands, the second one is at Rubble Creek Deposits and the third one is inside the Crystal Caverns (Level 15+)
They can be bought with money, which you get by selling your items to the merchant or by completing quests from various NPCs.
