Currently there are only 2 places that sell sluices, the first one is located in the Rubble Creek Sands, inside a shack next to the Mechanic NPC.

The other one is located at the Fortune River Delta near the Shady Merchant.

Lighthouse Mazes Sluices

The Fossilized Sluice can be found under the Lighthouse next to the Windswept Beach on Caldera Island. To access the Maze part of the Lighthouse, players will need the following Minerals:

• Volcanic Key:
  • Opens the trapdoor in the Lighthouse.
• Maze Unlock Items:
  • The following items will need to be place on the corresponding altars in order to open the Maze Door.
    • Catseye
    • Uranium
    • Inferlume

Frozen Peak Sluices

The Frostbite Sluice can be purchased at Frozen Peak. To get there, players will need to talk to the Mountain Surveyor NPC located on top of the frozen mountain, and complete a series of quests for him. Doing so will unlock the Frozen Peak area, in which all of the new digging equipment can be found.
