Obtainment
You can obtain the Cryokinesis Blood Demon Art by talking to Douma NPC and fulfilling certain requirements. You can find him in a small house at the entrance of the village, indicated by an icon of his face.

- Be a Demon (Talk to Muzzan NPC and give him 1000 Yen)
