Crafting is one of the most important actions a player can do in 99 Nights in the Forest.

To start crafting, the players will need to go to the Crafting Bench which is located behind the fire at the base.

There are 5 tiers of structures you can make. Each new tier will be available after players upgrade the Crafting Bench.

Each Structure will cost a different number of Wooden Logs, Bolts and Cultists Gems.

Crafting Bench Tier 1

This is the starting Crafting Bench. Only 3 structures are available on this tier.

Map

The Map is one of the most important things to craft at the start of the game. After crafting, the Map blueprint will be placed in the player’s inventory.

The Map shows where the abandoned structures and chests are. The Map can be accessed anywhere by clicking [M].

Old bed

The Old bed is a craftable structure that will increase the day counter by 1.

Bunny trap

Players can place this trap near a bunny burrow to trap them and get food.

Crafting Bench Tier 2

This is an essential upgrade for the crafting bench in order to unlock other useful structures on the second tier.

Crafting Bench Tier 2

The players will need to upgrade their starting crafting bench in order to craft structures from this tier.

Crafting Bench Tier 3

Sun Dial

The Sun dial is a very useful structure to craft. It can be placed anywhere when crafted. The Sun Dial allows the players to see how long the day and night will last via a counter located at the right of the screen, below the mini map.

Compass

This is a useful item to craft in order to track the direction of abandoned structures easily.

Regular Bed

Increases the day counter by 1.

Freezer

Used for storing food.

Farm Plot

The Farm Plot is a consistent way of producing food. It will generate carrots every 2 nights.

Log Wall

Players can use this to secure their base against Cultists.

Wood Rain Storage

This structure is used to place wooden logs under it to keep them dry. Having this structure is a great way to keep the campfire lit when it’s raining.

Shelf

Shelves are used to store items. They can also be used to wall off the campfire, since enemies can’t pass through them.

Bear Trap

Bear Traps are easy to craft and offer solid protection from enemies. They can be used to to protect the camp on nights when it is attacked, and while hunting for animal pelts.

Crafting Bench Tier 3

This is an essential upgrade for the crafting bench in order to unlock other useful structures in the third tier.

The players will need to upgrade their tier 2 crafting bench in order to craft structures from this tier.

Crafting Bench Tier 4

Crock Pot

The Crock Pot is used to cook food better than just using the fire. If the meat gathered from the animals is cooked in the Crock Pot, it will fill the hunger bar more.

Boost Pad

The Boost Pad is used to get a boost in movement speed when the player is on it. This is a great way to exit the base faster when needed.

Biofuel Processor

The Biofuel Processor is used to maximize the fuel of the camp. It can process meat and wooden logs into a fuel source more efficient than putting wooden logs into the fire.

Radar

Uses scraps in order to detect important places on the map.

Torch

The Torch is used to expand the safe zone around the campfire.

Good bed

The Good Bed is used to increase the day counter by 1.

Lightning Rod

When it rains, there is a chance that the player can get struck by lightning. The Lightning Rod prevents that by redirect lightning on rainy days.

Crafting Bench Tier 4

This is an essential upgrade for the crafting bench in order to unlock other useful structures in the forth tier.

The players will need to upgrade their tier 3 crafting bench in order to craft structures from this tier.

Crafting Bench Tier 5

Ammo Crate

The Ammo Crate is one of the more useful items the players can craft. The players can exchange scraps for bullets with this craft.

Oil Drill

The Oil Drill, when crafter, will drill for oil which is the best source of fuel in the game.

Giant Bed

The Giant Bed is used to increase the day counter by 1.

Teleporter

The Teleporter will instantaneously move the player between locations. This only works if the player has 2 Teleporters. These items can be placed anywhere on the map.

Crafting Bench Tier 5

This is an essential upgrade for the crafting bench in order to unlock other useful structures in the fifth tier.

The players will need to upgrade their tier 4 crafting bench in order to craft structures from this tier.

The player that dies after this is built will respawn here.

Temporal Accelerometer

This structure, when placed, will begin charging. After it charges it will skip the next day fully.

Weather Machine

This structure, when placed, will begin charging. When it’s fully charged there will be no rain or thunderstorms for 3 days.
