In The Fields, there are various locations on the map where you can gather various resources and items that can help you survive. For easier navigation, you should pick up the compass in the Warehouse.

Warehouse

Warehouse is going to be your base. In here you will find a workbench, where you can craft items. Inside you can find various items that are used for crafting, but you can also find a compass which always spawns. The compass can help you navigate to other locations or it can help you get back to the Warehouse, since the Generator is always marked with a golden G. There is also a radio which can ease your mind and you also have an alarm on the table, which is going to be useful for your time management.

Construction Site

The Construction Site is located slightly North-East (NE) of the Warehouse. You will find the usual crafting items, but there is also a chance for a Heavy-Duty Toolbox to spawn. The items that spawn always are the Key Part One, Pipe Wrench and Tactical Flashlight. They Key Part One can be combine with the Key Part Two to make the HEMCOR key, which can be used to open a black HEMCOR crate in the Hangar. The Tactical Flashlight will help you see in the dark, to get to it, you must go to the upper floor of the construction site, and jump down to a room below where 2 zombies are.

Merchant

The Merchant is located North-West of the Warehouse. This NPC will let you sell or buy items for reputation.

Church

The Church is located North of the Warehouse. It has a chance to contain the Crowbar as well as some crafting materials. You will encounter enemies inside.

Bunker

The Bunker is located at the North-West (NW) from the Warehouse, West of Church. There are some notes there and some crafting crafting materials you can find in the corner of the map. One zombie will spawn once you get near.

Radio Station

The Radio Station is located West (W) of the Warehouse. Inside you can find Walkie-talkies and the Key Part Two which is located underneath the table. You will also encounter one zombie inside. Outside you can find a Pipe Wrench outside, near the dead body.

Security Checkpoint Alpha

The Security Checkpoint Alpha is located South-West (SW) of the Warehouse. There you can find some crafting materials, a Walkie-talkie and a white HEMCOR crate. The white HEMCOR crate can be opened with a key you get from the 2nd quest from the Hunter. Inside this white HEMCOR crate, you will find medical kits, which can contain 3-4 bandages. This zone is slightly dangerous since Brutes will spawn from the ground.

Hangar

The Hangar is located South-West (SW) of the Warehouse, leaning more to the South and it is east of Security Checkpoint Alpha. There you can find the usual crafting materials, and there is a small chance for a backpack to spawn. Inside is also a Black HEMCOR crate which can be opened with HEMCOR key. Inside this crate you will find the Ritual Blade. One zombie will be inside.

Barn And Field of Maize

The Barn And Field of Maize is located South-West (SW) of the Warehouse. You will find many various crafting materials inside. There is an upper floor, but a Brute will spawn and block your way.

Boarded Up Warehouse

The Boarded Up Warehouse is located South-East (SE) of the Warehouse, leaning slightly more to the South. The building is blocked off with wooden boards. You will need a Crowbar in order to break the boards and go inside. There are Brutes inside as well as various crafting materials.

Hunter’s Cabin

The Hunter’s Cabin is located East (E) of the Warehouse. In front of the cabin you will see the Hunter. You can trade with this NPC just like you do with the Merchant. You can also do quests. After completing quests, you can get a Rusted Key, which can be used to open up his cabin. Inside you can find a shotgun with ammo as well. Around the cabin you can also find various crafting materials, and even a bear trap, which can be setup for defense. In the edge of the map, south of Hunter’s Cabin, you can find another shack and there should be 2 more bear traps. But it is dangerous, there are various bear traps already placed on the floor as well as 2 Zombies and a Brute. You can use these already placed Bear Traps to deal with these enemies.

Giant Tree

The Giant Tree is located South-East (SE) of the Warehouse. It’s very ominous.
