The Demonite Key is a Quest in The Forge located in the Volcanic Depths, which you will need to complete in order to obtain the Demonite Pickaxe.

Starting The Quest

In order to start the Demonite Key Quest, you will need to find and interact with the Skal NPC located deep in the Volcanic Depths region of the Forgotten Kingdom Island.

Skal will task you with bringing him 3 Demonite Ores.

Demonite Ore

Demonite Ores can only by obtained by Mining Volcanic Rocks. Completing this quest can be a bit tricky, considering the chances of obtaining one are 1/3666. Make sure to bring your best Pickaxe (at least 100 Mining Power), stock up on Luck and Mining Potions and try to roll for the Dwarf Race.

Quest Reward

After turning in the 3 Demonite Ores to Skal, he will reward you with the Demonite Key, which you can then use to open the Demonic Door and obtain the Demonite Pickaxe.
